Dear customers,
Time has moved on, and with it, we have seen numerous technological advancements. With this in mind, we have decided to upgrade our VPS plans.
The first planned step of these upgrades is to increase the bandwidth of the VPS plans. The included bandwidth of all VPS plans will be multiplied by 2.5. This means that a VPS that had 100GB of bandwidth will now have 250GB, a VPS that had 200GB will have 500GB, and so forth.
Another upgrade we will implement is the increase of the connection speed of all VPSs to 100Mbps. Until now, the different plans used to come with a 10, 20, 30 and so forth Mbps speed cap, with the option to upgrade to 100Mbps for a small fee. We are now removing this small fee for the speed upgrade, and all VPSs will come with 100Mbps ports (VPS nodes are at gigabit). This means that the customers who used to pay this small extra fee will pay less from now on. Unfortunately we can't edit already issued invoices, but we will make the necessary changes so future invoices are at the reduced price.
We also have plans to perform other improvements of the VPS service and introduce a program for rewarding our loyal customers, but we will leave this as a surprise for the future for now.
Please keep in mind that implementing these changes requires a lot of manual intervention - someone has to go through all customers' orders and all VPSs, and make the upgrades. This will take some time. Please don't expect everything to happen immediately. Our aim is to complete the first upgrade steps before the next Monday.
We also need to update our website to reflect these changes, but this is the lowest of our priorities for now, so it will probably take some more time, maybe 1-2 weeks.
